Pan Pizza Bases
La Pucciosa

La Pucciosa is a tall and fluffy typical Apulian pan pizza, a must in our region. Try it stuffed inside with cold cuts, burgers, fish, or sauces. If sliced in half, it can be used as a pocket or as a bruschetta.

In addition to the pan pizza bases, we also have a half-folded pizza base variant, La Golosa, ideal for kebabs or other fillings.
